Backpack Xmog in World of Warcraft

For many World of Warcraft players, a big part of the game is getting the right gear for their characters. They spend hours raiding, searching the world, and crafting to get their heroes outfitted in the most stylish gear possible. One thing that is often overlooked in this process is the backpack, and this has sparked some backlash from players who want more options for their bags.

Currently, there are four different types of backpacks in the game: a standard backpack, two different sets of cosmetic backpacks, and a new black dragonscale backpack. Players can unlock any of these backpacks by completing a series of quests in Battle for Azeroth, or through a new reward from Wrathion: the Stargazer’s Pack. This pack features the Celestial Observer’s Ensemble transmog set, the Celestial Steed mount, and the Argi pet.

This backpack boost will add a maximum of 4 extra slots to your character’s in-game backpack. The extra slots will be locked until you log in after purchasing the item, and any items in those slots will move to free slots in another bag. It can take up to 30 minutes after adding both security features for the bonus slots to become available –log out and relog if the extra slots do not unlock after that time.

Players who don’t have the time to complete all of the requirements for this item may be able to purchase a Black Dragonscale Backpack Boost in the Blizzard Shop or in-game store. This boost will cost 40,000 gold.
